How It Works
Using a combination of transfer and vacuum distillation technology, contaminated solvent is quickly moved out of the wash basin and then gently heated under vacuum to separate out oils and grime. The result is clean solvent returned to the reservoir, reduced waste, lower operating costs, and a more environmentally responsible workflow for automotive, industrial, marine, and aviation maintenance operations.
Transfer Process (4 minutes)
- Dirty solvent flushed into the distillation chamber
- Clean solvent transferred into wash basin and available for immediate use
Recycle Process (4 hours)
- Dirty solvent heated under vacuum to vapor point
- Solvent vaporized
- Oily residue separated from vaporized solvent for periodic removal
- Solvent vapors cooled back to liquid state in condenser
- 100% pure solvent returned to reservoir and available for continued use
